Caracal Models CMP48502 - 1/48 F-16 Advanced Viper Conversion with CFTs
This highly detailed 3D-printed resin set allows you to update your Tamiya F-16C kit to build an accurate model of F-16C Block 50/52+ and above advanced Viper variants, particularly those operated by countries other than US.
Building on the contents of our basic set (CMP48501), this more comprehensive set adds more detail parts and precisely designed conformal fuel tanks (CFTs) for the increasing number of Vipers that carry them. Contents of this set are:
- AN/ALQ-211 (v)4 inlet ECM antenna
- Link 16 inlet antenna
- Tail base with drag chute housing and dual AN/ALQ-211 (v)4 ECM antenna
- Drag chute pack
- RHAW antenna with applique RAM panels
- ECM air vent (replacement for kit part B2)
- New nose landing gear (NLG) door
- New "heavyweight" NLG tire
- Pitot tube and AOA sensors
- New "heavyweight" main landing gear tires (with separate wheels)
- Static dischargers
- Late ACES II seat with folding pitot tubes and sheepskin cover
- CFTs designed to fit the Tamiya kit
