CD48030 : Polish Air Force MiG-29 "Heroes of Kosciuszko" Part 2

The Polish Air Force has recently started decorating the tails of their MiG-29s with portraits of important pilots from the history of the Kosciuszko Squadron as part of a commemorative program. First seen in public during RIAT 2012, these stunning MiGs have garnered a lot of interest from modelers.

We are offering a two-sheet series depicting some of these aircraft. The second sheet provides markings for MiG-29 "56", which was decorated to commemorate Polish WWII hero Wing Cdr Marian Pisarek.

This MiG-29 carries portraits of W.Cdr. Pisarek on the inner vertical stabilizers; and a large, full-color Kosciuszko badge on the spine. Our decals provide full Polish stencilling, fin portraits based on the actual design files used to paint the jet, and a carefully designed Kosciuszko badge to ensure correct orientation of the badge while allowing for the curvature of the MiG-29 spine.

Printed by Cartograf to exacting color standards, these decals will look great on your Academy or Great Wall Hobby MiG-29 kits.
